The 20 seconds rule I know of is when meeting a person for the first time, or making a presentation in front of a crowd. The first 20 seconds, 20 words, 20 gestures are so important. As you know, in these situations the first impression you give to people affects the rest of the meeting or presentation. So you only have your first 20 seconds to make a first good impression!
