1. She will financially contribute to YOUR family, take care of her own bills and the money she would use for gifting something to her relatives and friends.
2. She would have a life of her own, so you would get a lot of space yourself and less trouble in handling her emotional dependancies as she will have friends and little time to think the negatives in her world.
3. Your kids will be more mature and understanding from teenage years as they would see their parents busy in work everyday.
4. You would be able to afford a lot of entertainment as you would not be the one paying for it.
Cons.
1. I think the biggest problem will be her ability to give opinion over many things. Sometimes you would like it, but you would hate it most of the time.
2. She may or may not adjust with the craziness of your family.
3. Kids will get little time with parents.
4. She may bring work stress to home and her tiredness may spoil your mood in many fine evenings when you will plan something great.
